Jacob wrestle with an Angel of God

Have you ever wondered why Jacob wrestle with an angel of God?

This information came to me during my season of silence (SOS). Did you know that there is power in silence? This might be challenging for some of us like myself who are very vocal or described as an extrovert and feel the need to always express ourselves. However, Seasons of silence is very important for spiritual growth. In fact, in my experiences I find that the more I listen is the more I can hear and will understand the mysteries to the supernatural through God's word.

Today I was reminded by the Holy Spirit of a dream I had some time ago in November 2, 2021. I kept thinking about a scene in the dream where I was met in an accident and felt an urgency to find the book where I wrote all my dreams and study carefully what happened in the dream. It went something like this;

I had just finishing worshipping the Lord. I was on my way to a place when I noticed a WHITE car headed full speed in my direction. Even thought I tried to avoid this car it still managed to crashed into my side mirror. I was so shocked because I couldn't understand why this was happening. Next thing I noticed the white car turned facing my vehicle and came rushing towards me which resulted in a head on collision 💥 both cars where shattered to pieces and I don't know how but I was now standing outside looking at everything like a third party. I saw what appeared to be a man which was driving the white car on the ground unconscious. The lady I was with began to cry and beat this man that was already unconscious because she knew the accident was on purpose. Then this man began to wake up and assend above. Next thing I know it was as if lightening surrounded him and he transfigured into a beautiful man robed in white garment. He has hair parted in the middle and to his shoulders. A crowd gathered in shock looking at this man in the sky he was very beautiful to behold.

He then said to us "What do you do when you face situations like this? Y'all (you humans) are the ones who "claim" God is real but if he was why you suffer the way you do or why painful things happen to you." Then he said " I am an angel sent to test and to minister to you. Each of you have your own ministering angels. Ask the Father to release your ministering angel unto you. Then I woke up. Like many other visions At the time I didn't really understand the meaning of this until almost 3 years later.

Now in this season of silence the Lord brought my mind back to the dream. I went to search of the book so I can remember fully what happened. To better understand the point of the subject let me reveal to you by the help of the Holy Spirit the symbols and their meaning:

Me driving = me having control over my life.

Collision into white car = lost control due

to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. Painful situations that came out of no where that cause me to feel like I don't have any control.

Dead man on the floor being beaten by the passenger that was with me = People including myself that are aware of some of these unfortunate circumstances carnally dealing with the matter instead of spiritual.

Even though It appeared to another human up against me but the reality was it was an angel influencing or working through that person or situation which was sent to test and to minister to me.

I then asked the Lord that if this revelation was from him to confirm this with a word. That's why he brought me to the story of Jacob who wrestled with an angel. Let's refresh our memory.

Genesis 32: 22-26

"That night Jacob got up and took his two wives, his two female servants and his eleven sons and crossed the ford of the Jabbok.

23 After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions.

24 So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak.

25 When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man.

26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”

Jacob wrestled with this spirit until day break. This suggest that the struggle being Jacob and this angel who embodied God lasted a few hours. Of course this must have been a long tassel for any human being but Jacob endured until it was over. If you read further you would see where Jacob was taken from one level to a next at the end of this testing. He was no longer to be called Jacob but was given a new name Isreal and why was this so? Because he prevailed through this struggle or wrestle with the angel.

The devil job is to kill, steal and destroy. Could it be that we blame the devil for more than what he is capable of doing? For instance, could it be that God is the one that's testing us through hardship and we are busy wasting times rebuking demons and Satan? Because our mindset is that everytime something bad happens it's the devil? Could it be the reason why some of us have not been delivered from the things that is causing us pain because there is a reason for that season, Which has come purify us so we can be elevated to a new level spiritually? You might ask why? Why is it necessary for God to test us so painfully?

For many reasons but most importantly pain can produce destruction but trust me when I tell you it can produce POWER!

During our seasons of testing, The angels then report back to God what we lack in order to grow spiritually so that God can give them what we need to minister unto us. In Hebrews 1:4 describes them as ministering spirits "Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?" Also psalms 91 lets us know that God himself has commissioned them to keep us in all our ways. Practically speaking angels are like managers assistance. Assigned to help keep business flowing according to the mission statement of the company. You might say well then, if that's the case they don't need to test us because if we need anything we can pray. Yes, that's a valid point but how many of us ask God for things we need that is not in his will for our lives? Therefore, the reports of the angels God has assigned to us to keep us in all our ways will will determined what he will give to them to aid/minster unto us. This is made known to the angels through times of adversity that will test us to determine what we need to take us to the next level in our walk with God. This is word is prophetic so some of you might have a hard time understanding this but I pray to the Lord our God that it shall not be so and that you will be able to receive this revelation and more in Jesus name!

This lead me to ask the question.

How many times have you and I failed our test from God by looking at in from a carnal perspective? Blaming this person or backbiting that person. When really they are being influenced by a ministering spirit/angel. I am a firm believer as it is written in the word of God that the things written are an example to us. I believe that some situations last so long (until day break) because God himself is doing a work in us. If we take time to be still and listen more than we speak we will be able to understand the lesson and it is a must that we do because it is that difficult season that has come to usher us further into destiny. You might come out with a broken heart, relationship etc. like Jacob who came out of his season with a broken hip but in the end the blessing you will be rewarded is worth it all. Out of Jacob came the 12 tribe of isreal which are still doing wonders in earth til this day. In other words out of that suffering came a chosen nation by God.

I am always excited to share with you divine inspirations as I received them. God is truly amazing. Glory to the one and only wise God who has and will continue to fulfill his promise to us that "it's through knowledge that the just is delivered." May He continue to send knowledge through his pastors, teachers, ministers, prophets etc... so that we may know him as Paul our brother who has gone on before us prayed on our behalf.

I close by saying "pray to the Father that he May release your ministering angels unto you." And my prayer for you is that you will be able to discern when you are being tested by these angels and to come out of that pain and suffering the way Jacob did, blessed into destiny.

Test will reveal your

• strength in all areas including prayer life

• Weaknesses

• Faith level

• Endurance

• Retained (spiritual) knowledge meaning are you applying the word of God to challenges

• Birth self control

• Depend upon God alone

• Train you to develop a consistent fasten life

• Shift into destiny

• Birth the fruits of the Holy Spirit

• Wisdom

• Knowledge

• Understanding

• The fear of The Lord

• Testimonies

Again, not all the times we are tested by angels but seasonal when it's necessary for elevation or enlargement of territories.

Don't mind the scripture quoted that's personal but the word itself is proof that sometimes things that doesn't feel right or make sense to us can be God's will for our life. God is the mastermind behind some of the pain and sufferings that we face believe it or not and he has great plans for those seasons of your life. Your day-break is coming!
