In His Hands

There's a dream I'd like to share with you that I once had. In this dream, I saw that I was walking alone on a road. While I was walking, this hugh hand picked me up and began to carry me. I was a tiny speck of dirt compared to the size of this hand. I noticed that while I was being carried by this hand. Below was what appeared to be deep pits. Suddenly I felt fear as this hand was carrying me over each pit. I was more focused on the deep pits below than the fact that I was safe in this hand that was taking me over. The hand then placed me on a road and I began walking again, that's when I woke from my sleep.

As I pondered on the dream and what this meant I felt the Holy Spirit ministering to my spirit these words I would like to share with his people. This dream represents our heart towards God. Do we truly trust him to carry us? When times get really tough and uncertain can we trust that all is in the hands of the LORD and he knows just what to do. As his children and the sheep of his pasture, it breaks his heart that we don't trust him enough to carry us when we can't carry ourselves.

Sometimes we are so focused on our problems that we forget that our lives are in the LORD hands and just like the pit that looks dark, deep and scary in the dream represents difficulties that we are often times challenged with. If you are reading this God is speaking to you directly He wants you to know that you are in his hands.

God wants us to stop focusing on the size of the situation, the dept of the situation or what can happen if we fall. Instead He wants us to focus on his promises "All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28.

We can't carry ourselves. Something stood out to me in the dream as well. Whenever I would look down and be fearful then suddenly my knees would feel weak as though they were failing me and I was about to fall off. The truth is God would not let me fall but this I understood after the fact. Every time you start to worry and stress yourself over the "pit" that you face. Every time you began to focus on the pit then just like me, your strength will give way. You will feel like there is no hope. Today Christ wants you to know that there is no way our loving Father will allow you to fall out of his hands. He is the one that is carrying you over and you only need to trust him.

Just like me, you will be able to walk path that feels normal again. Until then you are in the palm on of his hands and though all you see is pits and deep ditches. I encourage you to stand straight you are in the palm of his hands.

A few years ago the Lord gave me this word "stand straight for you are in the palm of my hands." I never understood what this meant until he allowed me to experience this in a dream. God has not brought you out of darkness to allow that situation to overpower you. TRUST HIM, he got this!

1 Peter 5:6 - Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

John 10:29 - My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Isaiah 41:13-14 - For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee

Whatever you have placed in the LORD's hand leave it there. Let not your faith waiver in the Lord. Amen.
